Part-time training is designed to lay the foundation you'll need to reclaim your health if you're not ready for full-time training, or to fine-tune your current fitness program.

What Locations Do I Serve?

I primarily serve the South Bay area and surrounding cities including: San Jose, Milpitas, Gilroy, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Palo Alto, and Cupertino.
If you live in San Francisco, Oakland or surrounding areas and I have the availability, then my fees will likely be higher due to the commute and other logistical factors.

Virtual Training

Due to current “shelter-in-place” orders and concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19), I am currently offering virtual training.

Whether you have a home gym or no equipment at all, I’ll create personalized workouts that we’ll perform together in order to utilize this potentially stressful time to continue, or initiate, a focus on your health and fitness.

I’ll also help you organize or build out your home gym, recommend equipment to purchase, and walk you through anything and everything you’ll need to create a successful at-home environment to get in the best shape of your life.

Virtual training will also include full nutritional guidance, meal planning, tracking and follow up as outlined on my services page

Essentially, NOTHING will stand in our way towards achieving your fitness goals, and I will be offering my full suite of services remotely.
